Lovely flowers

Two magnolia trees are in full bloom next door. The house is sitting empty with no one to appreciate these lovely blossoms.

It’s definitely frozen custard weather here – this was the first of 2 fire trucks that visited Ted Drewes while we were there Saturday evening πŸ˜‰

  1. Yup. The trees are exquisite. We are due for a big windy storm to trash the blooms. Hope you and yours had a good Easter. It was a gorgeous day, wasn’t it?

  2. I always think of magnolia trees as belonging to the deep south so I have a bit of disorientation every spring when they bloom. Where in the world do I live? πŸ™‚

  3. We have the magnolias up here also but they are often bitten by a late frost. I hope that doesn’t happen this year.

  4. Our Japanese magnolia blooms are long gone, our pink azaleas are riotous, as are the purple wisteria, and white dogwoods…..ahhh…..hmmmm…….did you mention…..Ted Dre………I thought so!
